Knights Email is no longer available to alumni and former students. This article provides details on the change and key dates.
Over the summer of 2023, the University of Central Florida (UCF) has discontinued the Knights Email service for all alumni and former students. Knights Email (hosted by Microsoft) was previously offered as a lifetime email address for students but is no longer supported due to licensing, security, and service model changes.

Q: Can I request a forwarding service or alias?
A: No. UCF does not offer email forwarding or aliases for discontinued Knights Email accounts.
Q: Can I request a copy of my emails now that the service is shut down?
A: Unfortunately, the account is already deactivated and purged, UCF and Microsoft cannot retrieve your emails.
Q: I’m returning to UCF for a new degree program. Will I get a new Knights Email account?
A: No. All UCF students will now use their NID@ucf.edu email account for all official UCF communications.
