This article describes how to address an SSO error when accessing Qualtrics or a Qualtrics survey that utilizes SSO Authentication for access.
Incoming students may encounter an SSO error if they are not yet included in the active Azure security groups for Students and Grad Students. If you are an incoming student experiencing this error, please contact the department responsible for the form or survey you are trying to access.
Departments receiving calls from students about this error should create a non-SSO version of the form or survey for these specific cases.
