Qualtrics SSO Error


Summary 

This article describes how to address an SSO error when accessing Qualtrics or a Qualtrics survey that utilizes SSO Authentication for access.  

Incoming Students SSO Availability

Incoming students may encounter an SSO error if they are not yet included in the active Azure security groups for Students and Grad Students. If you are an incoming student experiencing this error, please contact the department responsible for the form or survey you are trying to access. 

Departments receiving calls from students about this error should create a non-SSO version of the form or survey for these specific cases.

Security Group Access

Users are granted access to the Qualtrics application from one of the following security groups: 

How to Verify Security Group Membership (UCFIT ONLY)

  1. Login to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center (entra.microsoft.com).
  2. On the left column, select Identity > Users > All Users.

  3. In the search field, enter the user’s NID.   
  4. Click on the user then select Groups.  
  5. Verify that the user is a member of one of the groups listed in Security Group Access.
