How to Change the SSO Method in a Qualtrics Survey


 

  1. Go to the Survey tab and click on the arrow to expand the toolbar labels.

  2. Click on Survey Flow.

  3. This survey is NOT capturing SSO respondent data because there is no Authenticator element in the survey flow. Thus, no changes are required.

  4. This is an example of a survey capturing SSO respondent data. Notice how the survey flow contains an Authenticator element (blue box). If your survey contains this, please verify the SSO Connection is set correctly (see step 5).

  5. To work with the most recent changes in Qualtrics, the SSO Connection must be set to UCF EntraID.

  6. In the bottom right corner, click “Apply”

  7. Return back to the main survey window by clicking the Builder icon.

  8. From the Builder view, click the Publish button in the top right corner to publish the changes.
  9. Test the survey using the anonymous link to verify it is connecting properly. NOTE: Using the Preview option will not work when testing SSO connections.
