If needed Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Attention Knights Email users: When logging into Microsoft 365 Apps, your web browser may remember your Knights email account as an account which you previously authenticated with. If you see your @knights.ucf.edu email account on the page below, please hit the back arrow in front of your account name and you will then be able to enter your NID@ucf.edu. UCF requires authentication with one's NID.

Step 6:

If you see an email that says "Action Required to Sync," open it and tap Use another Mail app instead. If you don't see this message, skip this step.

Step 7:

You may be asked to create a 6 digit PIN for your mobile device.

Note: Users must use strong passwords to protect their computer accounts and, where appropriate, PINs with a minimum of six (6) digits to protect their devices from
unauthorized access. Please refer to UCF Policy 4-007 for any questions.
