Enroll in Microsoft MFA
Microsoft Authentication is a feature that is coming soon to all accounts. To begin using Microsoft Authentication today, use this guide to enroll your NID(s) into the UCF-Authentication-SelfService group.
- Open a browser and navigate to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/groups
- Enter your nid@ucf.edu and your password
- Click the search icon on the right hand side of the screen that says “Join a group”

- Search for the group named UCF-Authentication-SelfService. Click the group name when it appears

- Click the “Join Group” link in the blue box

- Type “MFA” in the justification window, and then click “Join”

- You’re Approved!

- Follow the directions in KB0014031 to configure your authentication methods (Required)
