The Address Book is a list of all individuals with email accounts at University of Central Florida. UCF has global address books for university email accounts:

- UCF Employees
- UCF Students

How to view the Address Book in Microsoft Outlook for Windows
1. Open Microsoft Outlook for Windows
2. In the upper right-hand corner, within the Find section, click Address Book
You can also access the Address Book by opening a new email message and clicking Address Book or To...
3. An Address Book window will pop up allowing you to search for a name or group/generic email address
For a more detailed search (such as last name, email address, etc.), select the More columns option (instead of Name only). Names will appear after a search is submitted and Enter or Go is pressed.
How to view the Address Book in Microsoft Outlook for Mac
There's currently no Global Address List (GAL) view in Microsoft Outlook for Mac.
How to view the Address Book in your browser
1. Sign in to your UCF email account
2. In the bottom left-hand corner, click the People icon
3. To look at various lists within our directory, click and expand the Directory along the left-hand side of the screen
4. To search for a name or group/generic email address, choose the People icon from the right navigation use the Search function in top search bar.
