How to add UCF email to your mobile device

Step 1: If it's your first time using Outlook for iOS, enter your UCF NID@ucf.edu and tap Add Account. If not, open the Menu > tap Settings When signing in, please ensure that you do not select your old Knights email address. This will result in an Error 500 screen. If needed, Download Outlook for iOS from the iOS App Store and then open it. The icon looks like this: |

Step 2: Enter your NID password and tap Sign In. | |
Step3: If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify your identity. Accept any prompts for permission you may receive.

Step 4: You may want to tap Turn On to allow notifications from Outlook. You're done! It may take a few minutes for your emails, calendar items, and tasks to sync. Swipe through the features and you're now ready to use Outlook for iOS! Step 1: Open the Outlook app, navigate to Menu > Settings > Add Mail Account, and tap ADD ACCOUNT. When signing in, please ensure that you do not select your old Knights email address. This will result in an Error 500 screen. If needed, Download Outlook for Android from the Google Play Store and then open it. The icon looks like this: |

Step 2: Enter your UCF NID@ucf.edu and tap CONTINUE |

Step3: Enter the following and tap LOGIN:
Username: NID@ucf.edu Password: NID password

Step 4: After scanning the QR code with the MS Authenticator app, your web browser will ask you to approve the request using the MS Authenticator app. |

Step 5: Tap MAYBE LATER.
