Outlook prompting MFA for an OID account
Try these steps if Outlook keeps prompting you MFA:
- Quit Outlook and open Microsoft Word. Click on your name in the upper right corner. Click on the ellipsis next to the OID account name, then click sign out.

- When prompted, click sign out.

- Repeat for all OID accounts that are signed into Microsoft Word.
- Reopen Outlook, then, when prompted, enter the OID password in the Federated login window.

- If prompted, uncheck “Allow my organization to manage my device” and click “No, sign into this app only”
