The following document will guide you on how to reset Citrix Workspace on your Windows 10 device.

NOTE: A reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to resolve issues with applications or desktops still running in the background after following the appropriate steps to end them.

Step 1 – Launch Citrix Workspace from either clicking on the Start button  (lower-left corner) and search for Citrix Workspace or enter Citrix Workspace in the Window’s search bar.

Step 2 – With Citrix Workspace running, navigate to the system icon tray (bottom-right) and right-click on Citrix Workspace icon. Then, select Advanced Preferences.

Step 3 – The Advanced Preferences window will appear. Click on Reset Citrix Workspace.

Step 4 – You will be prompted to confirm that you want to reset Citrix Workspace. Click on Yes, reset Citrix Workspace.

Step 5 – You will be prompted with a notification when Citrix Workspace has been reset successfully. Click OK.

Step 6 – You will need to re-configure Citrix Workspace with UCF Apps. Upon re-launching Citrix Workspace, you will be prompt to enter an account. Enter ucfapps.cloud.com and then click Add.

Step 7 – Congratulations! You have successfully reset Citrix Workspace.
