Signing in to your Audiocodes Teams Deskphone

 

To sign in to your account:

1. Connect the device to the network.
   
   
2. Choose your preferred language, if prompted.

Important: If your desk phone does not display a login code, restart the phone by unplugging the phone from the internet.

Note: In some rare cases you may find that you are unable to access the phone, or the buttons on the phone may be unresponsive. In this case you can restore defaults by following these steps:

Press the HOLD button for 60-90 seconds.

 

1. After connecting the phone to the network, it starts up and the following is displayed:
   
   
2. Open your web browser and navigate to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin
   
   
3. Enter the code provided by the phone and click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. In the ‘Pick an account’ screen, double-click the account (or click + to use another).
   
   
5. Click Next, and then Click Continue.
   
   
   
   
6. If prompted, navigate to the key and then press the OK navigation control button on the phone; a connecting indication may be displayed followed by Got it.
   
   

7. Congratulations! You’ve successfully signed in to the phone.

This process may take some time to fully activate. If the phone is unresponsive after 10-15 minutes restart the phone by unplugging the phone from the internet.

Important: do not factory reset your device at this step unless instructed by UCF IT.
