The UCF Service Status Health Dashboard (status.ucf.edu) provides status on the health of services available to UCF. To stay up to date when a listed service becomes degraded or unavailable, you will need to subscribe to receive notifications. By following the steps below, you will be able to subscribe to email and/or text message notifications as well as update your subscription preferences if needed.
How to Subscribe to Statuspage Email and Text Message Notifications
- Click “SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES”
- You can subscribe to multiple notification mediums (Email and Text Message). Enter your Email Address and/or Mobile Phone Number
- Choose which services (components) you would like to get status updates for by selecting the blue checkmarks next to the services listed
- Select SAVE after you have made your selection(s)
- Following, you will be sent an email to confirm/activate your subscription (if you selected Email)
How to Add or Remove Service Subscriptions
- Click “SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES”
- Re-enter your Email Address or Mobile Phone Number
- Check or uncheck services (components). *NOTE: New services may be added in the future, please check back to update as needed
- Select SAVE after you have made your selection(s)
*ATTENTION: For users who have ever unsubscribed from receiving service notifications.
Please note if you have ever modified your subscription preferences (i.e., to be excluded from particular service notifications), you will not be automatically subscribed to new services that are added after your initial preferences selections. This is a limitation of the software. We recommend checking back periodically to see if any new services have been added.
