Panopto is easily accessed across many platforms and devices.

 

Accessing Panopto via Webcourses@UCF:

1. Browse to your course in Webcourses@UCF.
2. Click Panopto Videos in the course navigation menu.

 Note: This should be the first way Panopto is accessed each semester. This will create the correct connection between Webcourses@UCF and Panopto.

 

Panopto Mobile

The Panopto mobile app is availble for both Android and iOS devices.

• Panopto for Android
• Panopto for iOS  

 

Once the app has been installed, the following steps will walk you through the process of logging in.

 

Android

1. Open the Panopto app.
2. Tap SIGN IN…
3. Enter ucf.hosted.panopto.com in the Address field.
4. Tap OK.
5. Select WebcoursesUCF from the Sign in using drop down menu.
6. Tap Sign In.
7. Enter your NID and password.
8. Tap Sign on.

 

Note: The first time you use the app, you will receive a notice stating Panopto is requesting access to your account. Scroll to the bottom of this notice, select Remember my authorization for this service, and tap Log In.

 

iOS

1. Open the Panopto app.
2. Tap the menu in the upper left corner.
3. Tap Sign in.
4. Enter ucf.hosted.panopto.com in the Address field.
5. Tap Next.
6. Select WebcoursesUCF from the Account drop down menu.
7. Tap Sign in.
8. Enter your NID and password.
9. Tap Sign on.

 

Note: The first time you use the app, you will receive a notice stating Panopto is requesting access to your account. Scroll to the bottom of this notice, select Remember my authorization for this service, and tap Log In.

 

If at any time, the Panopto Mobile App is unavailable or if you are having issues: use direct access through your mobile browser.

1. Browse to ucf.hosted.panopto.com.
2. Select WebcoursesUCF from the Sign in using drop down menu.
3. Click Sign In.
4. Enter your NID and NID password.
5. Click Sign on.

 

Note: Your Panopto user account will be automatically generated when you first access the system.
