UCF IT offers training material for UCF Listserv Owners. This article acts as a table of contents for the training and reference material. Major training sections are organized into separate articles with links to video training courses, course slides, and materials which after completion and passing of a short quiz will provide list owners AD access to the new Listserv Web GUI.
