1. CHANGE List Header Control Settings: 
   1. Send=
      1. Send= Owner
      2. Send= Private (Owner and subscribers)
      3. Send= Public (Anyone who knows the list address)
      4. Send= Moderator (Screens message before allowing it to send)
      5. Send= Editor (designated Non-Owner able to send messages)
      6. Send= Editor,Hold
         1. Editor=
         2. Editor=
         3. Moderator=
   2. Subscription=
      1. Subscription= Closed
      2. Subscription= Open

      2. Attachments=No (mandatory with Subscription= Open)
