This article contains information about how to start the process of submitting a ServiceNow Ticket.

 

ServiceNow Ticket for Listserv Support

 

1. Determine what you need:

a. Request Ticket: For new services (you want a list created or changed/modified.)

b. Incident Ticket: Something is broken. (error, failure, strange behavior.)

 

3. Go to ServiceNow self-service portal and create a Request Ticket: https://ucf.service-now.com/ucfit

  

4. Email Support Center: itsupport@ucf.edu

a. Include attachments and/or screenshots

b. Ask them to open a Request Ticket for Listserv on your behalf.

 

5. Call Support Center: (407) 823-5117

a. Ask them to open a Request Ticket for Listserv

b. Provide as many details as possible.
