Junk Email Settings
Helpful tip: Monitor your Junk Email folder on a regular basis to ensure that any messages arriving to your inbox were filtered there by mistake.
You can also send any mail that is not junk to not_junk@office365.microsoft.com to help Microsoft learn your email habits.
OWA
1. To access your Junk Email in OWA (Outlook Web App), login to your UCF Enterprise Email through office365.ucf.edu.
2. Navigate to the left side of your inbox to access your Junk Email folder.
3. If you wish to move a message out of your Junk Email folder, you can click and drag it into your Inbox (or any other folder). You can also right-click on the message and click Move to move it to another folder.
To help your mailbox learn where messages should arrive, you can label mail that should not be marked as junk by clicking “Mark as not junk” when the message arrives in your Junk Email folder.
Outlook
1. To access your Junk Email in the Outlook client, open Outlook and navigate to the left side of your inbox.
2. If you wish to move a message out of your Junk Email folder, you can click and drag it into your Inbox (or any other folder). You can also right-click on the message and click Move to move it to another folder or select Junk and click Not Junk.
Safe Senders List
1. To add an address to your safe senders list, click the Junk icon at the top left corner of your Outlook client, under the Home tab. Then select Junk E-mail Options…
2. Select the Safe Senders tab and click Add.
3. Then type in the email address that you wish to always receive mail from, and for messages to never be sent to Junk.
