Downloading Files and Folders


Files stored within OneDrive are available on demand and accessible from any computer with Internet access.

Downloading Files and Folders

To download a file or folder in OneDrive, first login to your UCF Enterprise Email through https://office365.ucf.edu and access your OneDrive.

There are two ways to download a file or folder:

 

Option 1

Right-click on the file or folder you wish to download and select Download.

 

Option 2

Click on the file or folder you wish to download and click Download on the ribbon at the top of the screen.
