There are a number of ways UCF Staff and Faculty can benefit from using OneDrive for Business:

· Automatically save a backup copy of your files (requires set-up).

· Access your files from anywhere.

· Easily switch between different devices.

· Share files with whomever you want – whenever you want.  NOTE:  Sharing anonymously is turned off.  External users will need to have or create a Microsoft account to access shared documents.

· Free access to Office online.
