ActiveSync Setup for iPhone

UCF Exchange iPhone ActiveSync Activation (iOS 11 and after)

 1. From the iPhone Home menu choose the Settings icon and then select Accounts & Passwords

 

2. Select Add Account

 

3. Add your email or NID@ucf.edu and add a description (Exchange, UCF Email, etc.)

4. Select “Configure Manually”

5. Fill out the following configurations specific to UCF.

 

UCF Exchange iPhone ActiveSync Activation (iOS 10 and before)

1. From the iPhone Home menu choose the Settings icon and then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars

2. Select Add Account

3. Select Exchange.

4. Input the necessary information: NID@ucf.edu and your password.

 

Should it be necessary to manually input specific settings, the user and server information is below.

For Server, use outlook.office365.com and for the username, use NID@ucf.edu.
