What types of university housing are available at UCF? When can I apply?

UCF is proud to offer a variety of residential communities to its students. Each of these different communities has distinctive characteristics and opportunities.

All of the UCF apartments and residence halls are furnished, air-conditioned/heated, carpeted, and include cable TV and Internet service. Students are encouraged to apply for on-campus housing as soon as they have been admitted to UCF. There is a limited amount of campus housing available to students, and all housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Contact the Department of Housing & Residence Life at (407) 823-4663 or take a look at their web site at http://www.housing.ucf.edu for more information. Housing tours are also available.
