If you do not know your account (NID/VC-DTC) password, you will need to reset it by visiting https://mynid.ucf.edu and following the on-screen instructions.

Notes:

• To protect your account, it does not have a default password and there is no method to retrieve your password after it has been set.
• The NID account password expires annually (every 365 days).
• The VC-DTC account follows Valencia’s password expiration policy.
