Sometimes your contact information in the Outlook global address book can become outdated or is incomplete. You can update your information but not through Outlook.
UCF employees can update their work telephone phone number displayed on their Outlook and Teams contact cards through a self-service option in Service Now.
Log Into the ServiceNow Portal:
Go to it.ucf.edu
Login with:
NID: (Your NID, ex. ab123456)
Password: (Your NID Password)

If you do not know your NID, underneath the sign on area, you can click What is my NID?
If you do not remember your password, you can click What is my NID Password?

No, in Microsoft Teams, you can make one-on-one, or group calls directly from any chat, without needing to list your phone number.

In Microsoft Teams, go to the Chat tab and select the chat with the person you want to call. If you're not already in a chat with them, you'll need to start one. At the top of the chat, click the Video or Audio call button to initiate the call. If you're starting the call from a group chat, you'll be prompted to confirm if you'd like to call everyone in the group
