Blank screen when logging into webmail

 

If you see a blank screen when logging into webmail, please do the following:

  1.  Go to office.com and login with your nid@ucf.edu. (If you are signed into your knights account, please sign out completely and restart your browser)
  2.  Click on on the left
  3.  If the screen loads blank, go to the address bar and delete the current URL and type in outlook.office.com/mail and hit enter
  4.  You may need to do this twice, but once it loads correctly, you should not experience the issue again.
