Blank screen when logging into webmail

If you see a blank screen when logging into webmail, please do the following:
- Go to office.com and login with your nid@ucf.edu. (If you are signed into your knights account, please sign out completely and restart your browser)
- Click on
on the left - If the screen loads blank, go to the address bar and delete the current URL and type in outlook.office.com/mail and hit enter
- You may need to do this twice, but once it loads correctly, you should not experience the issue again.
