Find your Bitlocker Key for your personal device

If you had previously chosen to backup the Bitlocker Key for your personal device to your ucf.edu account, you can retrieve your Bitlocker Key using the following instructions:

 

On another computer or your smart phone:

1. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device-list and login with your nid@ucf.edu

2. You will be prompted for MFA (not pictured)

3. Once you are logged in:

• Identify and expand the selection for the your computer:
  
  
  
  
  
• Select the View Bitlocker Keys button:
  
  
  
  
  
• Select Show Recovery Key button:
  
  
  
  
  
• Enter your Bitlocker Key on your personal device
