Introduction
The following steps describe how to sign up for Canva with your UCF email.
Instructions
1. Wait for an invite from a UCF Canva Administrator, and click “Accept Invitation” upon receiving the invitation email;
2. After clicking the invitation link, you will see the image below; select the last option “Sign up with your work email”;
3. Type in your email in the format of firstname.lastname@ucf.edu;
IMPORTANT: DO NOT use your NID@ucf.edu email address, please.
4. Microsoft will redirect you to log in to your UCF account, sign in using your NID@ucf.edu;
5. You will be directed to the UCF Multi-Factor Authentication screen, log in with your preferred method, and you can choose whether to stay signed in;
6. Type in your name, and click “Create account using SSO”;
7. Once you see this screen below, your Canva registration is complete.
