How to request a new Enterprise Email Address in ServiceNow Portal


This form is to request a UCF Enterprise Email account with the University of Central Florida. A Network ID (NID) is required prior to requesting email. The request will require a full-time employee or an sponsored account active in the system.

To request a sponsored account please visit UCF's sponsored account page prior to submitting this request for an enterprise email account.

If you would like to request a UCF Enterprise Email account, navigate to

Log Into the ServiceNow Portal:

Go to it.ucf.edu

Click Submit a Ticket

Login with:

NID: (Your NID, ex. ab123456)

Password: (Your NID Password)

If you can’t Login:

If you do not know your NID, underneath the sign on area, you can click What is my NID?

If you do not remember your password, you can click What is my NID Password?

Navigate to Request a Service

Click on Request a Service

Click Add Enterprise Email Request under Communication & Collaboration

Type in the user's full name, NID, or EMPLID.

Click Submit when finished.



Note: If an enterprise email account has already been associated with the account no further action should be needed.
