Setup Knights Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Follow these steps to setup MFA for your Knights account:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup and sign into your Knights Account
   
   
   
   
2. If prompted for more information, click Next
   
   
   
   
3. Select Authentication Phone, select your Country code, and enter your phone number, then click Next
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your phone, then click Verify
   
   
   
   
5. If verification is successful, click Done
   
   
   
   
6. MFA has been successfully setup for your Knights account. You can now close your browser window.
   
   

Update MFA Phone Number

Follow these steps to update your Knights MFA phone number:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup and sign into your Knights Account
   
   
   
   
2. When prompted for MFA, select Text
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the code that was sent to your mobile phone, then click Verify
   
   
   
   
4. In the Authentication Phone field, update Country code (if necessary), enter new phone number, then click Save
   
   
   
   
5. Click Verify Preferred Option
   
   
   
   
6. Enter verification code sent to your mobile phone, then click Verify
   
   
   
   
7. If verification was successful, click Close
   
   
   
   
8. You can now close your browser window.
