Citrix is investigating an error affecting the Citrix Workspace App on iOS.

 

PROBLEM: HdxSdkErrorDomain_Session Error 8

When trying to launch an Application or Desktop within the Citrix Workspace App, you encounter the following errors:

WORKAROUND: Use another device not on iOS to access UCF Apps

 

RESOLUTION: Citrix has released a new Workspace App for iOS v22.3.0 (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/ios/workspace-app-for-ios.html) on the Apple Store. Please update your current version of Citrix Workspace App.
