The following document will guide you on how to reset Citrix Workspace on your MacOS device.
NOTE: A reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to resolve issues with applications or desktops still running in the background after following the appropriate steps to end them.
Step 1 – Start Citrix Workspace App from either the Launchpad or enter Citrix Workspace in Finder/Spotlight.
Step 2 – In the upper left corner of your screen, next to the Apple symbol, click on Citrix Workspace and select Preferences.
Step 3 – In the preferences window, click on the Accounts tab and then select Primary account shown in the middle of the window. Next, click the Minus button and OK to confirm removing the account.
Step 4 – Close the preferences window and click Set Up Account. In the Add account window, enter ucfapps.cloud.com
Step 5 – Congratulations! You have successfully reset Citrix Workspace.
