UCF IT has put together a helpful webinar for IT staff, lab managers, and others who may be called upon to assist in supporting students, faculty or staff with UCF Apps.

UCF Apps is the campus platform for virtual desktops and labs. Originally delivered to IT professionals across the UCF Campus, this webinar is recommended for anyone wanting to learn more about UCF Apps, where helpful how-to documentation can be found, or how and when to submit a UCF Apps request.
