Issue: VPN Users cannot access UCF or Intranet websites

Issue:

When connected to VPN, you cannot access any UCF websites.

Or

When connected to VPN you cannot access any internet websites.

Technical cause: some desktop applications cause issues with the TCP Stack (Default order of processing requests) when they install. The anyconnect VPN does split tunneling, which allows for only UCF traffic to go through the VPN, while internet traffic doesn't have to pass through the VPN.
