User Guide to MyVC Functions 

• Access to various UCF & Valencia College resources is provided to Valencia College Downtown Campus (DTC) Staff, Faculty, and Students via the MyVC portal.
• Resources are available based on the user’s role (Staff/Faculty/Student) and determined automatically upon login to MyVC.
• For ALL resources, the Valencia user’s VC-DTC ID should be input when prompted for an NID or ID. 

When successfully logged into MyVC and hovering over the Tools tab, users will see the information displayed below.  

• For this article, we are focusing on the resources listed under Downtown Campus. 

For ALL roles, the MyVC Downtown Campus tab shown above provides: 

Downtown Campus Parking 

• This tool is used to purchase a 150- or 365-day parking permit for the Downtown Campus’s garages: the Parramore Garage and the Amelia Garage.
• For Valencia students to sign in, they must use the email format of VC-DTC ID @ucf.edu. 

 Downtown Campus - Password Reset for UCF Systems 

• This tool is used to set and reset a user’s password for access to the UCF system. Resources that need a VC-DTC ID password include Parking Services, Tech Lending laptops, Print services and DTCampus Wi-Fi. 

 Downtown Campus Store 

• This links to the Valencia Campus Store where students can purchase school supplies, Valencia merchandise, and technology. 

Downtown Campus Testing Center Appointments 

• This tool allows students to create an appointment to take an exam at the Downtown Campus Testing Center, located in room 210 of the Union West building. 

Downtown Campus Virtual Bookstore 

• This resource allows Valencia students to purchase textbooks for their Downtown campus classes.
• Valencia students must create an account with their Valencia email address (VC-DTC@mail.valenciacollege.edu) before signing in to purchase textbooks.
