To request an External Application or Connector for Microsoft Teams.
1) A Service Now request is available to request activation of a 3rd Party External Application or Connector.
2) Each 3rd Party External Application will be reviewed by Information Security via the Service Now request. If necessary, a full Vendor Risk Management review may be required.
3) Once the External Application is tested and approved by Information Security, the Unified Communications Team will enable the application for visibility in Microsoft Teams.
4) NOTE: Once an External Application is enabled, it will be available for ALL Teams in the UCF tenant. The application request will not be necessary on a Team by Team basis.
5) A Service Account or OID (or future Shared Mailbox) will be required to register and connect with the 3rd Party Application.
