This article contains information about how to process a Request for Listserv List ADD/DEL/CHANGE.

 

List ADD/DEL/CHANGE Request Ticket

Please remember to follow the format needed for Listserv command: EmailAddress FirstName LastName

 

1. ADD/DEL Owners:

a. List(s) Name?

b. ADD: There can be more than one owner and department addresses are allowed.

i. Owner= EmailAddress FirstName LastName

ii. Owner= EmailAddress FirstName LastName

 

c. DEL:

i. Owner= EmailAddress FirstName LastName

ii. Owner= EmailAddress FirstName LastName

 

2. CHANGE:

a. List Header Control Settings:

i. Send= Owner

ii. Send= Private (Owner and subscribers)

iii. Send= Public (Anyone who knows the list address)

iv. Send= Moderator (Screens message before allowing it to send)

v. Send= Editor (designated Non-Owner able to send messages)

vi. Send= Editor,Hold

1. Editor=

2. Editor=

3. Moderator=

vii. Subscription= Closed

viii. Subscription= Open

ix. Attachments= Yes

x. Attachments=No (mandatory with Subscription= Open)
