This article contains information about how to start the process of submitting a ServiceNow Ticket.

 

Listserv Request Ticket

 

1. Go to ServiceNow self-service portal and create a Request Ticket: https://ucf.service-now.com/

  

2. Email Service Desk: itsupport@ucf.edu

a. Include attachments and/or screenshots

b. Ask them to open a Request Ticket for Listserv on your behalf.

 

3. Call the Support Center: (407) 823-5117

a. Ask them to open a Request Ticket for Listserv

b. Provide as many details as possible.
