In Office 365, you receive 5 TB of storage space online with OneDrive for Business. You can also sync OneDrive with your computer using the sync client.  Advantages of using the Sync Client include the ability to work with your files off-line.  Note that the OneDrive sync client may not be available on all computers at the University of Central Florida, and syncing is limited the amount of disk space available on your computer or device.  Please contact your IT department for availability and installation.

To access your OneDrive online, login to Office 365 with your UCF Enterprise Email at https://office365.ucf.edu

 

 

OneDrive for Business Sync Client

To open the OneDrive for Business sync client, click File Explorer on your desktop or search “OneDrive”.

The OneDrive sync client will appear as a folder OneDrive – University of Central Florida.
