What is an academic advisor?


An academic advisor is a professional dedicated to helping students create and monitor their academic plans. Freshman may seek advising assistance from the First Year Advising and Exploration Office (PH 116; 407-823-3789; http://fyae.sdes.ucf.edu/). A student who is beyond the freshman year should seek advising assistance from his or her college/school advising office.
