The “directory information” hold will remain in force until you submit a written and signed request in person, by mail or by fax to the Registrar’s Office (MH 161) requesting that it lift the hold. The Registrar’s Office recommends that you remove the hold from your records once you graduate from the University. Should the hold remain in force, the University will not be able to affirm your degree awards to 3rd party inquiries, including prospective employers, without having received your prior written and signed consent authorizing release to each inquiring party.
