Students who graduate from Florida Public Community Colleges with an Associate of Arts degree are guaranteed the following rights under the Statewide Articulation Agreement: 1) Admission to one of the eleven (11) State Universities, except to limited access programs, 2) Transfer of equivalent courses under the Statewide Course Numbering System, 3) Acceptance earned in accelerated programs (i.e. CLEP, AP, IB Dual Enrollment, Early Admission), 4) No additional General Education Core requirements, 5) Equal opportunity with native students to enter limited access programs.

Specific Florida Community Colleges (Seminole Community College, Lake Sumtner Community College, Brevard Community College and Valencia Community College) have articulated agreements with UCF.
