I believe my final grade is incorrect. How do I request a grade change?


If you believe your final grade to be in error, you must contact your Instructor. If the Instructor affirms that an error has been made, he or she will initiate the grade change process with the academic department, the College's Dean, and the Registrar’s Office. Because the grade change form must be signed by the Instructor, the Department Head, and the college Dean before it goes to the Registrar's Office, the time it takes to be processed can vary.
